Hi, I’m Licia—web growth strategist, digital educator, and the friendly face behind LD Creatives & Consulting.

I started out as a web developer over 20 years ago, building sites for clients who just needed “something that works.” But over time, I saw something bigger: most women entrepreneurs weren’t just looking for a website—they were looking for someone who gets it. Someone who could listen, explain things clearly, and help them move forward without all the tech headaches.

As a Brazilian-Canadian mom and multi-business owner, I know what it’s like to juggle life, family, and the dream of building something meaningful online. That’s why my work is rooted in empathy, education, and practical action.

I’m proud to be a mentor with the Scotiabank Women Initiative Mentor Program, where I support women in business by sharing real-world strategies, encouragement, and actionable advice to help them grow sustainably.

I’ve supported small businesses through government grants, led digital strategy workshops for organizations like Alberta Women Entrepreneurs and YBB Connect, and guided women solopreneurs through everything from SEO audits to full site builds.

A Few Things That
Make Me, Me

I’m a proud mom raising two kids and building community through faith, creativity, and purpose.

I run a creative, handmade business on Etsy — Gifts of Faith—alongside my consulting work.

I’m also an artist at heart. I love drawing, painting, and illustration—especially florals in gouache and watercolor. I’ve even painted a couple of murals in my office (and yes, I’m very proud of them!).

I believe in color, joy, and the quiet magic that flowers bring into our lives—on the screen or on the wall.

I think websites are more than just tools—they’re spaces of possibility.

And yes, I think SEO can be fun (especially with coffee and the right playlist)
